smthGallery (Something Gallery) is a small, easy to use PHP image gallery program.

To install, all you have to do is copy the contents of the zip into a directory where images and/or subdirectories of images reside. Login to the Admin Interface (by browsing to index.php?admin), index your thumbnails, and you're all set.

You can customize thumbnail size/quality, gallery design colors, and the gallery page title by editing the config.php file. Image viewing makes use of a lightbox type popup for easy previewing.

Requirements:

A server with the latest version of PHP installed. (minimum PHP 5.2.11).
GD Image Library.
Javascript enabled.
Output Buffering Enabled.
The directory where index.php and config.php resides (and any subdirectories that contain galleries) must be writable by the server.
